Stop by anytime for a tour of Grandma's House. The director will show you around, answer your questions and provide you with a copy of our Parent Handbook along with fee information. Once you decide that you would like to enroll, complete a Registration Form and return it with the registration fee. Other enrollment paperwork (see below) should be completed and submitted at least one week prior to your child’s first day.
Grandma’s House does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, sex, creed, handicap*, political persuasion, national origin, or ancestry toward any enrolled child and family. Integration of special needs children into the program requires development of a strong relationship between parents and staff in order to assist the child.
Enrollment may be completed by:
1.) Touring facility with Director or Assistant Director.
2.) Interviewing with Director, Parent and Child.
3.) Submitting Registration Form along with payment of Registration Fee.
4.) Submitting paperwork one week prior to start date along with a minimum of first week’s tuition.
Enrollment paperwork consists of:
Infant Intake Form for children under the age of two
Preschool Intake Form for children ages two to five
Immunization Record must be returned within 30 days
Health Report must be returned within 90 days - signed by a doctor
5.) Child is admitted on agreed upon start date. Items to bring on the first day!
6.) If your child/family is currently working with an organization to provide special education programming, please inform the Center Director and provide a copy of his/her IEP or IFSP.
Children at Grandma’s House are provided quality care. Children enrolled at Grandma’s House will be accepted on a one-month probationary basis. During that time the center staff, the director and/or the parent can best determine if the center can meet the individual needs of the child.
